Get Fish Marine — Limited Warranty
Applies to: Get Fish Marine–branded marine display products (the “Display” or “Product”).
1.0 Coverage
1.1 This Limited Warranty applies only to Get Fish Marine–branded marine display products (“Display” or “Product”).
1.2 No warranty is expressed or implied for any other products sold by Get Fish Marine, whether now or in the future.
1.3 Get Fish Marine warrants its branded marine display products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the first end‑user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
1.4 This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who can provide valid proof of purchase from Get Fish Marine or an authorized reseller.
1.5 Products purchased second‑hand, via private sale, through unauthorized resellers, or from auction sites are not covered.
1.6 During the Warranty Period, Get Fish Marine, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the Display or components that are determined to be defective due to manufacturing defects under normal use.
1.7 Get Fish Marine may require clear photographs of the installed Display to verify proper installation, mounting location, and environmental conditions before approving warranty coverage. Failure to provide installation photographs upon request may result in denial of warranty service.
2.0 Obtaining Warranty Service
2.1 Customers must contact Get Fish Marine product support for troubleshooting before a return is authorized. Many issues can be resolved without returning the Display.
2.2 If a return is necessary, Get Fish Marine will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2.3 No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.
2.4 The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Units not received within this period may be refused or require a new RMA.
2.5 Customer is responsible for freight costs to ship the Display to Get Fish Marine’s designated service center.
2.6 Get Fish Marine will pay standard ground freight for the return shipment back to the customer after warranty service is completed.
2.7 Get Fish Marine strongly recommends using the original packaging to ensure proper protection during transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, the Display must be packaged with adequate cushioning and protection.
2.8 Unless otherwise requested by Get Fish Marine support, only the display unit should be returned. Do not include mounting hardware, brackets, power cables, or accessories unless specifically requested, as these items cannot be guaranteed to be returned.
2.9 Displays must be shipped with tracking and insurance. Get Fish Marine is not responsible for damage during transit.
2.10 Warranty service typically requires 10–15 business days from the date the Display is received. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or if replacement parts must be sourced. No loaner units are provided.
2.10a Replacement lead times are typically 10–15 business days. However, in the event of an out‑of‑stock Display, fulfillment may require additional time (up to 45 days). We will make every reasonable effort to expedite and will work with the customer to reach a fair solution.
2.11 Before an RMA is issued, the customer must provide video evidence clearly demonstrating the reported issue. The video must include the Display in operation and show the problem in real time. Failure to provide adequate video documentation may delay or prevent issuance of an RMA.
3.0 Warranty Exclusions
3.1 This Limited Warranty does not cover any product other than a Get Fish Marine–branded marine display.
3.2 All defects or damage to screen glass are excluded from warranty coverage. This includes but is not limited to cracks, chips, scratches, delamination, or internal fractures, regardless of cause. Screen glass damage is not warrantable and is not repairable under this warranty.
3.3 Displays damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, incorrect wiring, or use outside the intended purpose.
3.4 Damage from water ingress, submersion, corrosion, chemicals, high‑pressure water, or environmental exposure beyond stated product specifications.
3.5 Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or non‑approved power/data cables.
3.6 Damage caused by forced, bent, or otherwise damaged connectors (including HDMI, USB, or Power ports) is excluded from warranty coverage.
3.7 Pixel defects within industry‑accepted limits are excluded from coverage. For the purposes of this warranty, “industry‑accepted limits” means fewer than five (5) defective pixels per one million (1,000,000) pixels in the display panel.
3.8 Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, nicks), or pixel defects within acceptable industry limits.
3.9 Damage caused by third‑party accessories, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
3.10 Displays with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
3.11 Freight costs to return the Display to Get Fish Marine for service.
3.12 Returned units must be clean and unmodified. Get Fish Marine reserves the right to refuse warranty service on units that are contaminated with dirt, debris, or corrosion, or that have been modified from their original configuration.
3.13 Any incidental or consequential damages, including lost time, lost use, or lost profits.
3.14 Personalization & Sun Cover Aesthetics. Optional vinyl lettering or graphics applied to the screen cover/sun cover, and any other sun cover aesthetic components, are not warrantable. This includes, without limitation, adhesive failure, peeling, edge‑lift, color shift, fading, discoloration, abrasion, or other cosmetic changes due to UV exposure, heat, chemicals, cleaning agents, or normal wear. Aesthetic items will not be repaired or replaced under this warranty.
4.0 Limitations of Liability
4.1 This warranty is the exclusive remedy for the purchaser and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, implied, or statutory.
4.2 Get Fish Marine specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4.3 In no event shall Get Fish Marine be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
4.4 Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
4.5 This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.4.6 Commercial & Professional Use. Under no circumstances will Get Fish Marine be liable for lost income, lost charter fees, tournament winnings, or any other business or professional losses, even if the purchaser uses the Product in a commercial, professional, or guide service capacity.

6.0 Product Returns
6.1 All warranty returns require pre‑approval and a valid RMA number prior to shipment.
6.2 The RMA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
6.3 The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Units not received within this period may be refused or require a new RMA.
6.4 The customer is responsible for freight costs to return the Display to Get Fish Marine for warranty service.
6.5 Get Fish Marine will cover the cost of standard ground freight to ship the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.
6.6 The Display should be shipped in its original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, the Display must be packaged with adequate cushioning and protection.
6.7 Unless otherwise instructed by Get Fish Marine support, only the display unit should be returned. Do not send mounting hardware, brackets, power cables, or other accessories unless specifically requested. Personalized sun covers or vinyl lettering will not be replaced or credited for cosmetic reasons and should not be returned unless requested.
6.8 All returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance. Get Fish Marine is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
7.0 Governing Law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules.
8.0 Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
