Get Fish Marine – Return Policy (Non-Warranty)

1.0 Eligibility for Returns

1.1 This Return Policy applies only to non-warranty returns of Get Fish Marine–branded marine display products (“Display” or “Product”).
1.2 Warranty-related returns are handled separately under the Get Fish Marine Limited Warranty.
1.3 To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
1.4 Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
1.5 Proof of purchase from Get Fish Marine or an authorized reseller is required.


2.0 Return Authorization

2.1 All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment.
2.2 No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the package.
2.3 The RMA is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Units not received within this period may be refused.


3.0 Restocking Fee & Condition Requirements

3.1 All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and administrative costs.
3.2 Returned Products must be in clean, unmodified condition and free from damage, signs of installation, or missing parts.
3.3 Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to additional refurbishment fees.


4.0 Shipping Responsibility

4.1 The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the Product.
4.2 We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Get Fish Marine is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
4.3 The Product should be shipped in its original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, the Product must be packaged with adequate protective materials to prevent damage.


5.0 Refunds

5.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection and approval of the returned Product.
5.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
